I can’t recommend Louis highly enough. After years of coping with neck and back issues, Louis assured me he could help me and within 2 months I am like a new man. The treatment is gentle and can sometimes take a week or so before you feel the benefits but from where I was when I first visited to how I am now is like day and night. I feel like my spine has had an MOT and service and being restored back to how it should be! I first went to see Louis Alicea on recommendation for chronic back pain. Despite being under the care of a hospital consultant and taking a number of medications, there was not much improvement. I’m not sure what I expected from my first appointment with Louis, but the technique used to treat the root cause of my pain was fully explained to me.  I am now off all medications, and virtually free from the constant pain and discomfort… it has been life changing!

My mum first started treatment with Louis just over a year ago. Before coming to see Louis, my mum had been diagnosed with a chronic pain condition due to a compressed nerve in her neck which causes constant pain in the neck, in her back and down her arms. She also experienced headaches and discomfort in the stomach due to the medication that she has been prescribed. In addition she has a small scar on her lung which means her immune system isn’t too good and she always suffers with frequent chest infections which has typically required treatment with antibiotics and steroids.

Over the last 15 years or so, she has been under the care of her doctor and the hospital.  Surgery had been suggested to address the nerve compression but they couldn’t guarantee that the outcome would be positive or even make much of a difference and it seemed the risks outweighed the benefits. We politely declined! As a result of this, mum has tried many alternative therapies to help alleviate the constant pain that she has been suffering from that quite frankly had been wearing her down. Physiotherapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, energy healing to name a few modalities. 

Since being treated by Louis, mum’s quality of life has improved significantly. She has come off some of her medicines and her pain levels have reduced and become far more manageable. The treatment has also significantly strengthened her immune system and she has only had one infection in the last year. She is like a completely different person and much happier because she is feeling so much better in herself and is not in constant pain. Family members and friends have noticed the difference in mum and as a result they have also wanted to know what she has been doing differently. Some of them have also been subsequently treated by Louis. 

Louis is an outstanding and exceptional therapist who treats his clients with warmth, empathy and kindness. He is extremely passionate about his work and this is evident when you meet him. 

The appointments for Louis are managed by his lovely wife Rachelle. It is always a pleasure to see them both during our visits. Louis and Rachelle are incredibly warm, hospitable and always accommodating.  We travel from London to see Louis and it is without question a positive investment of our time and effort. 

Louis has unequivocally changed my mum’s life for the better and we are forever grateful to him.
